RESIDENCE: 2 Apr 1911 - Eastbourne, Sussex, England

On 28 Jun 1912 a piece of building land with a newly erected tenement called Milton House, 8 Milton Street, in Eastbourne was leased by Victor Christian William, the Duke of Devonshire, by the direction of Llewellyn Polhill Newman, builder, to Mrs Martha de Selvier, widow. Both the lease and counterpart lease are endorsed with a memorandum of the conveyance of the freehold reversion to George Herbert Boxall on 24 Nov 1971. - amsg/AMS5578/3 1912
