A second daughter, Eleanor, was born in 1914, and survived her Father.  Miss Eleanor Prelooker is recorded taking examinations while at St Leonards College of Music and taking part in concerts in Hastings during the 1920's.  In 1932 she was the winner of the pianoforte accompaniment class at the Hastings Music Festival.  There are also records of Miriam singing while accompanied on the piano by Eleanor.  Eleanor became a doctor and married a local teacher.  She is buried in Fairlight Church.
